How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are completed within 3-5 business days. Turnaround time may vary depending on the item, quantity, design complexity, and current order volume. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it! 💕
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the Daytona Beach area. Select local pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready with pickup details. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before heading to pick it up. 💕
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Local pickup orders should be picked up within 7 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup notification. If you need additional time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. 💕
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items will ship once completed, typically within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way! 📦✨
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many Kris & Co. items are handmade or personalized, custom items are generally final sale. For non-custom items, contact me if there is an issue with your order and I’ll be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. I’ll work with you to make it right. 💕
